Hackland + Dore Architects were delivery architects in a Design and Build contract with multi phased building warrants and a number of planning variations. Hackland + Dore achieved very tight programme deadlines to enable timeous student occupation.

Fast construction of piled foundations, concrete ground beams and slab with lightweight steel frame superstructure.

The accommodation promotes students' welfare with a wide range of communal facilities, including foyer, common rooms/games room, gym, cinema, private dining and roof top lounge area as well as laundry, refuse and secure cycle storage. Highly insulated with underfloor heating and quality finishes in line with the local conservation area.
