High quality student living in Glasgow Conservation Area.

The accommodation delivers 91 no. studios on the site of a former public house site in west side of Glasgow Conservation Area, on the bank of the River Kelvin. Extremely tight site with extensive constraints including poor ground conditions.

Hackland + Dore Architects were delivery architects in a Design and Build contract with multi phased building warrants and a number of planning variations. Hackland + Dore achieved very tight programme deadlines to enable timeous student occupation.
